Composite Decking
We install Eva Last, Deckorators, and Wear Decking. Built for NH winters and backed by warranties up to 50 years.
We stopped installing pressure-treated wood decking years ago. It is not because composite always costs more upfront, because it does not. We got tired of watching decks we built start to warp and splinter after a couple of NH winters. The boards we install today will not do that. They will not absorb water, grow mold, or need to be sanded and stained every couple of years. They hold up through freeze-thaw cycles without cracking, they stay the same color year after year, and they look the same in year 15 as they did on day one. If you are spending tens of thousands of dollars on a new deck, you should not also be spending weekends maintaining it.

We are a certified or listed installer for each of these brands. That means higher installation standards and a stronger warranty for you.
Eva Last uses a bamboo-fiberglass PVC composite that is denser and harder than standard capped composite boards. It holds up against scratching, fading, and moisture better than most options out there. As a Platinum Pro Installer, we are trained and certified directly by Eva Last so your warranty is protected start to finish. Available in a wide range of colors and finishes with warranties up to 50 years.
Deckorators mineral-based composite boards are built from a mineral compound instead of wood fiber, so moisture and mold have nothing to grab onto. They hold up especially well around pools and in high-moisture areas. We are a Certified Pro installer, which is their highest tier. Your installation comes backed by their full 25-year warranty.
Marine-grade PVC decking from one of the most trusted names in building materials. Wear Decking was built for coastal and high-moisture environments but handles NH winters just as well. It is 100% PVC with no wood fiber in the board at all. Nothing to absorb water, swell, or attract bugs. Comes with a full color and fade warranty.
Why It Matters
No staining, sealing, or painting. Ever. Wash it off with a hose once a season and it looks the same as day one. No more giving up spring weekends to deck upkeep.
Composite boards go through freeze-thaw cycles without absorbing water, cracking, or warping the way pressure-treated wood does. They are built for cold climates.
Every board we install carries a manufacturer warranty covering materials, color, and stain resistance. Warranties are fully transferable when you sell, which adds real value to your home.
A composite deck returns 65 to 75 percent of its cost at resale. Buyers know they will not inherit a maintenance headache. A worn-out wood deck does the opposite and becomes a negotiating chip against you.
Most composite boards are made from recycled wood fiber and plastic. It keeps material out of landfills and reduces the need for new lumber without giving up any durability.

Common Questions
Most composite deck projects in southern NH run between $85 and $100 per square foot installed. A typical 400 sq ft deck falls somewhere between $34,000 and $40,000 depending on materials, height, stairs, and railing. Premium boards from Eva Last or Deckorators cost more than entry-level options, but they carry longer warranties and hold up better over time. We give you a free written estimate so you know the full number before anything starts.
Capped composite boards have a protective shell on all four sides that keeps out moisture, mold, and staining. Uncapped boards have exposed wood fiber on the cut ends, which can take in water over time. All of the boards we install are fully capped or made from 100% PVC or mineral material. No exposed wood fiber anywhere.
Cheap composite boards can. Eva Last, Deckorators, and Wear Decking all have textured surfaces that meet or beat residential slip-resistance standards. Deckorators mineral-based boards are specifically rated for pool decks and wet areas.
